the terrorists haven't sent death to the republicans.they've gone after the democrats.how could democrats be soft on terrorist.they'd be dead.and there has to be republicans who have some sort of alliance with the far right.the whole cold war they were with the far right.the death squad folks elliot abrams and richard perle were so fond of should be tied to al qaeda.pinochet is and i imagine he'd know a few republicans.the immediate accusation of the spanish right accussing eta of the madrid bombing was odd.it seemed like they did it.they'd know pinochet.needless to say it wasn't true.and as far as soft on communism which they made such a big issue of senator kerry fought communism and president bush and vice president cheney didn't and now in virginia senator allen didn't and webb did.it seemed like civil rights was going okay until reagan brought the defense department here and senator allen brought his noose.
